Returns/Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase however we currently do not accept any returns, we apologize for any inconvenience.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at exchange@breezeforyou.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. Next, please fill up the exchange form and return the parcel at one of the drop off location within the form.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The new item will sent to you within 1 - 3 business days.

Kindly note, if the item received was not found damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return & additional shipping costs incurred.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have trouble tracking or receiving your order, please contact us at orders@breezeforyou.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We currently offer domestic shipping services in Malaysia and Singapore, will offer other international shipping services soon. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates on our shipping services.

Pick Up Service (Currently Unavailable)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at PJ Midtown, Petaling Jaya.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
