Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase however we currently do not accept any returns, we apologize for any inconvenience.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at exchange@breezeforyou.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. Next, please fill up the exchange form and return the parcel at one of the drop off location within the form.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The new item will sent to you within 1 - 3 business days.

Kindly note, if the item received was not found damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return & additional shipping costs incurred.
